The corkscrew simply flips out and is ready to use. All the implements and blades are coated black. No pocket clip. This tool is designed to be comfortably carried in your pocket. The "air cooled" handle allows you to see the attractive black springs that hold each tool in the open position when in use. The tools are: scissors, knife blade, double sided nail file (with a cuticle tip), saw, bottle opener (with flat head screwdriver tip), cork screw, and can opener. That's 7 (or 9) tools. It also has a split ring to attach to your key ring. Belt pouch with Velcro closure is included.
