Material: Cobalt-alloyed N690 steel blade. The fine-grained N690, ranks above 440C. Curly birch wood handle. Stainless steel bolsters.
Locking mechanism: Slipjoint. The old fashioned spring style that doesn't really lock the blade in the open position. It holds the blade in the open position, but with a definite pressure on the spine, you overcome the resistance and close the knife.
