Personalized Pocket Knives for the Boy Scouts of America
Every week boys across America gather in meeting rooms with their fathers to learn how to become reliable, kind members of society. The Boy Scouts of America have been around since 1910 and have around 2.4 million (!) youth members and almost 1 million (!) adult volunteers.
Here are the rules about being a Boy Scout:
Scout Oath: On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.
Scout Law: A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
Scout Mission: The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

This month is American Heart Month, a month that aims to bring awareness to our heart health and the prevention of heart disease. How can we do this?
Track your heart health stats (talk to your doctor about your blood pressure, weight, and cholesterol goals)
Eat healthier (increase intake of fruits, veggies, whole grains, while reducing sodium, saturated fat & sugar intake)
Be physically active (the NIH recommends 30 minutes, 5 days a week)
