Today, on National Thesaurus Day, let’s try to expand our vocabulary. If you were to think of what promotional gift you should bestow upon your clients or employees, I hope that logo knives would come to mind first. What do you think the highest ranking synonyms are for logo knives? – Logo Blades – Logo Cutters – Steel edge
I think we’re probably better off sticking to the term “logo knives“- it has a nice ring to it.
I don’t think that I am very superstitious, but I know once Friday the 13th rolls around it sends many people in a tizzy. If you were to name your top 4 superstitions, what would they be? – Don’t walk under a ladder – Don’t open an umbrella indoors – Black cats= bad luck – Anything with the #13
But there are most definitely items in this world that are not bad luck: company logo knives. Keep one in your pocket for those “just in case” moments- like when you need to open a bottlecap, tighten a screw, or are scrambling around for a pair of scissors.
As we jump into the new year, many of us begin to think what our New Year’s Resolutions will be. Can you guess what some of the top items are on people’s lists? -Be healthier physically & mentally -Spend more time with friends & family -Read more
But what is missing from this list? Resolve to appreciate Buck Knives more than you did last year. Buy a few (or a lot) and have them engraved for your top employees and customers- show them you are thankful for them!
Another year has come to a close, and while many of us are thinking of what 2023 will bring and the resolutions we will make, I am just thinking of how thankful I am for a happy and healthy 2022. No, it was not my “best year ever” (or not even close), but I plan to close this year being thankful for all of the blessings that came my way and those to come.
Have you ever been gifted something that you wouldn’t pick out yourself? Have you ever thought, “Oh, my friend/sibling/coworker would actually love this”? Enter National Re-Gifting Day! Today is the day where it’s actually okay to re-wrap those gifts that you don’t really like, and give them to someone else who would love them. But what about pocket knives engraved with “Merry Christmas” or “Best Employee Ever”? Don’t even think of re-gifting those durable, practical, forever-sharp, amazing little gifts. Happy holidays!
Many of you are looking out your windows today, on the Winter Solstice, watching snowflakes fall from the sky. But for those of us in warmer climates, we need this calendar date to remind us that it is, in fact, winter. Engraved Gerber knives are also a good reminder that it is winter. Perhaps you are going hunting or camping for the holidays and need the perfect pocketknife. Maybe you need a last-minute gift for your employees. Whatever the reason, engraved Gerber knives are the safest bet you’ll probably make all year!

Engraved Buck Knives are a craftsman’s top choice for a pocket knife. Not only are they durable and sharp, but they are heavy-duty and lightweight. What do you think the odds are that a monkey could also figure out how to use engraved Buck knives? They are known to be intellectual, and they have opposable thumbs, so the odds are in their favor. Today is International Monkey Day, a day to laugh at these cute creatures, but also think: what else are they capable of?
It’s certainly easy to shop for those you love this holiday season: you either know exactly what they want or they give you a curated wish list. But what isn’t as easy is giving to those you do not know. Today is Giving Tuesday, so consider this:
Find a non-profit or charity whose cause you support
Order custom logo knives and donate them to your charity of choice
There are many holidays where schools, students, and parents all join together to celebrate our nation’s teachers. We have National Teacher Day, National Teacher Appreciation Week, and even daily, teachers receive thoughtful gifts from their students. They are hard-working, caring, and put their students first.
But what about our substitute teachers who step in last-minute when needed? Today is their day: it’s Substitute Educator Day. These people do not usually have time to prepare, nor do they know the students that they will be instructing. These educators deserve a day of their own as well, so let’s celebrate them today.
Buy them some strong coffee to get them through the morning
Order them a yummy lunch
Make them a “thank-you” goodie bag with company logo knives with your school’s logo, plus other things to show your appreciation.
